Our aim in setting up this ministry is to help those who are bereaved, hospitalised, housebound or are suffering through some other crisis.
Christian pastoral care flows from the attitude and commitment to love one another because we ourselves, are first loved by God.
It is ultimately concerned with developing quality relationships and enabling us to recognise, follow and become more like Jesus. Offering guidance about other resources and enabling different perspectives to be considered, listening and encouraging them.
Visiting those in hospital or at home, offering practical help, prayer, simply comforting or bring there for them. We are not trying to be counsellors, (rather ........)
